Code of Ethics
We know that there are auto mechanics that seek to take advantage of customers, and we hope that you never have had to deal with untrustworthy entities within the automotive industry. In order to show you how we value our customers, we have adopted and adhere to the following code of ethics:
- First of all, our motto is: Excellent Service at a Fair Price.
- Only proven merchandise of high quality will be used. All parts are supplied only by reputable firms.
- An expert technician will perform, test, and/or inspect all work.
- Personal service will be provided to you. We will provide desired explanations, listen to your constraints, and make recommendations specific to your situation.
- We will specify whether our recommendations are for corrective actions or preventive maintenance.
- A price estimate will be provided and we will obtain your authorization prior to all work.
- We will not charge you for repair services that do not relate to your service concerns. (ie, making “expensive guesses”, and needlessly replacing parts that don’t relate to the problem you want addressed.)
- You may request specific parts and brands, or we will recommend an effective solution. Used or remanufactured parts will always be indicated.
- Replaced parts may be inspected upon request.
- We will take good care of your property while it is in our possession.
- We will notify you if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.
- An itemized invoice will be always be provided for both parts and services.
- A guarantee is provided on all work we perform. We will provide this in writing at your request.
- Service records will be maintained as long as possible. We will take steps to ensure the safety and security of these records.
- We promise fair settlement of all complaints. If needed, we agree to honor an established consumer complaint mediation method.
- We will never be involved in any unethical activities related to the illegal automotive industry.
